Villa No. 2 features a newly built sun terrace, providing level access throughout the property. The terrace and villa are all on one level, making it fully wheelchair accessible and an excellent choice for guests with reduced mobility.
The villa is completely private, fully enclosed, and offers a safe and secure environment for families, couples, and guests of all ages. Beautifully illuminated in the evenings, the villa and its surrounding gardens create the perfect setting for relaxing outdoors long after sunset. With convenient private parking and peaceful surroundings, Villa No. 2 is ideal for those seeking a quiet, luxury holiday on the Costa Blanca.
Accommodation
Villa No. 2 offers three beautifully appointed ground-floor bedrooms:
- Family Bedroom sleeping up to four guests, featuring one King Size bed and two Single beds, together with a luxury en-suite bathroom. This room is suitable for wheelchair users.
- Two King Size Bedrooms
- Separate luxury shower room with WC
All bedrooms and Lounge are equipped with hot and cold air conditioning for year-round comfort.
Important Notice: From May 2027, Villa No. 2 will accommodate 6 or 7 guests subject to works being carried out rather than 8 at present.
