Pondo Rosa Accommodation - Villa No2
We are pleased to announce NEW for 2023 Season, Villa No2, has a totally New build Sun Terrace, making it more accessible into the property, this means it is now totally accessible for wheel chair users as the terrace and into the Villa is all on one level. We will also be adding a Giant Draughts board outside for more fun! as well as a few other changes.
This Villa is fully enclosed, private and provides a safe and secluded environment for all our guests. The Villa and boundaries are fully lit at night time which enables you to sit outside and relax after the sunset to enjoy late evenings in comfort. It has easy parking and its environment is ideal for all families or couples wanting a more quiet, relaxed holiday in exceptional luxurious surroundings. This is a holiday experience that suits the more discerning couples and families.
Villa No2. Has 3 Bedrooms, all on the ground floor, comprising of –
- Family room sleeping up to 4, with a king size bed and 2 Single beds, with an En-Suite Bathroom. Suitable for Wheelchairs.
- 2 King size bedrooms.
- Separate Luxury Toilet/Shower room.
- All bedrooms have Air Conditioning.
Free Cot and highchair facilities are available upon request, also free Safe & Internet Wi-Fi are available, All At No Extra Charge. Mosquito nets are fitted to all windows. NO pets are allowed.
Villa No2 offers its own private Swimming pool, Outside Shower, terraces and garden within its own private grounds, also with a children’s play area and a separate children’s Swimming/Splash pool for hours of fun.
Villa No2 can be also booked together with our Villa No1 for a larger family holiday up to 18, but still giving the guests their own private separate living space.

Wall And base Units. The Kitchen also over looks the Pool and dining terrace.

Wall And base Units. The Kitchen is well lit and over looks the Pool and dining terrace.
The pool terrace is walled and private, it’s south facing location makes it ideal for all day sun and warmth. The Raise pool is surrounded with sun loungers, tables and parasoles. There is also a pool shower, drinks can be served to the pool by direct link to the outside kitchen. We have also installed a children´s play area. Children MUST be supervised while around the pool and terrace areas.

Our lounge in Villa No2 is spacious and furnished to the highest standards, it looks out through the Large Patio Doors on to the Living Outside, Dining terrace, and children’s play area. It has Large Remote control Ceiling Fans, 60″ HD TV with English Channels only, DVD player, Hi Fi with MP3, Radio and CD player. 2 Large leather Sofa’s, WI-FI Internet, Various Oak wall and floor units and coffee table. A large selection of board games, cards etc and a good selection of DVD’s, CD’s as well as Children’s and Adults books.
Our modern white and black Granite kitchen in Villa No2 is fully fitted with various wall and floor units for storage including all your cookware, utensils, glassware, crockery, cutlery and acrylic glasses for outside use and in the pool area. The kitchen is also equipped with cooker, extraction unit, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, kettle, toaster, sandwich maker, juicer, coffee machine, cool box for the beach, iron and ironing board, cleaning utencils, first aid cabinet, Solid Matching white dining table with leather chairs seating upto 8, also with breakfast bar. You even get Views of the mountains while your doing the washing up.
Large Family Bedroom
This large luxury bedroom is furnished with 1 King Size bed and Two Large size Twin beds together with a family En-Suite bathroom, makes it ideal for a family, It can sleep up to Four people, and has plenty of room for a cot if required. Air Conditioning. Flat screen Television with English channels only. It is furnished with wardrobes, chest of Drawers, dressing table with Hairdryer and bedside cabinets.

We have a specially dedicated children’s Totally enclosed play area (so you can relax) providing a safe environment for all Children and offering hours of entertainment meaning a relaxing time for any parent.
There are swings, slide, playhouse, various toys, chalk board, plus much more, so plenty for them all to do. We also have Football table, Table tennis, swing ball and a Pool Table.
The play area has been situated in a location where it can be in full view from the Villa, Dining Terrace and the pool terrace area, and is within the walled grounds all with lockable gates so provides maximum safety and peace of mind for you.

Villa No2 also offers a Separate Children’s Swimming/paddle/splash pool so come and join Micky, Minnie and Pluto for hours of fun in the water.
There is outdoor Table Tennis, Pool Table, Swing ball, Giant Garden Draughts and Table Football for hours of enjoyment in the sun and those late warm evenings. Combined with the Children´s play area and the swimming pool there is FUN FOR ALL.
