Just returned from another fantastic 2 week holiday at Pondo Rosa. Perfectly set away from all the hustle of a hotel. Large Private Pool with everything else you need for a relaxing holiday. Nigel & Gus couldn't have been better hosts thinking of every detail needed within the villa. also with a recent makeover in all the bedrooms and bathrooms the place just gets better every year. with local towns so close we even managed to catch the local fiestas and watch Spain win the World cup with the locals. Roll on Easter and Summer 2027.

We recently had the pleasure of staying in a beautiful villa in Dolores, Spain, and we cannot recommend it highly enough.
From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. Nigel provided outstanding service throughout the booking process and our stay. Although we never actually needed any assistance during our holiday, it was very reassuring to know that he was always nearby and available should anything have come up.
The villa itself was spacious, comfortable, and perfectly suited for our group of nine people. The layout worked exceptionally well, with a lovely master bedroom on the upper floor and six additional beds on the ground floor. Having three bathrooms made a huge difference and ensured everyone had plenty of space and privacy.
The outdoor areas were truly fantastic. We spent countless hours in the outdoor kitchen, enjoying everything from early morning breakfasts in the sunshine to relaxed evenings together. The pool area was immaculate, and the high-quality sunbeds and luxurious pool towels gave the whole experience a real resort-like feel.
Our grandchildren absolutely loved the playground and mini-golf area, which kept them entertained for hours and made the holiday even more special for the whole family.
This villa offered everything we could have wished for: comfort, space, excellent facilities, and exceptional service. The owners have clearly put great thought and care into creating a wonderful holiday experience for their guests.
We leave with fantastic memories and our highest recommendations for both the villa and its owners. We are already looking forward to returning and hope to visit again in the future.

July 2026. Wow!!!
Just when we thought Pondo Rosa could not get any better this year Nigel has excelled himself, and you can see all the hard work that has been completed last winter. As you can tell we are regulars to this wonderful villa and always so surprised how much work is done each year, the touches and changes this year are amazing. We have been told this winter its the other villa turn, so can't wait to see it guy's ! We have already booked for 2027 before leaving last week, thank you guys for another amazing time this year, was lovely having our chats, its the best for us always. see you next year xxx

A completely amazing place with plenty of things to entertain both adults and children. There are so many games and toys to use, so much laughter and joy. Nigel and Gus were amazing hosts with a great commitment to optimizing your stay. I am incredibly grateful.
If you want to get to stands and the like, it is an advantage to have access to a car.
Towels and bed linen are already provided, so you don't need to bring them.
Summary: Great hosts and a great house. Highly recommended 😀

We spent an amazing 10 days at villa 2 Pondo Rosa. We was a party of 7, 5 adults and 2 children. We have stayed in many villas over the last 20 years and we was very impressed with this villa, it literally has everything you need. Entertainment for everyone and 2 amazing kitchens that has everything you could think of. Although car hire is advisable you can get by without, we had no problem getting ubers as our son and family didnt have a car and we only had a standard car but we also used ubers when we wanted to go out for a meal and have a drink. The nearby village is an easy 20 min walk with a shop and bakery and some bars. There is an English bar that serves typical English pub grub and has bingo and karaoke it was fun and an option on 2 nights we didnt want to cook after a fun packed day in the villa. The icing on the cake was our hosts Nigel and Gus, they are brilliant and so responsive, the best hosts we have ever had - 100% recommend.

We stayed in this fantastic 5-star villa for 10 days, and it was truly a dream experience. Everything is perfect down to the smallest details. Whether you’re traveling with children or adults, there is more than enough entertainment for everyone—getting bored is simply not an option.
The villa is fully equipped with every possible convenience; truly everything you could think of is available. From luxurious amenities to practical facilities, nothing is missing. A definite highlight is the two fully equipped kitchens, both indoors and outdoors, which are perfect for long, enjoyable evenings together.
The beds are wonderfully comfortable, ensuring a perfect night’s sleep after a day full of relaxation and fun. In addition, the host is incredibly friendly and welcoming, which makes the stay even more enjoyable.
In short, this is a place where you can completely unwind and enjoy pure luxury. It honestly couldn’t be better. We would love to come back again!

We returned from a fantastic family holiday at Nigel's villa. The 5 star rating says it all.
Hannah was super helpful and responsive, the villa is stunning and spotlessly clean. The pool is wonderful, rooms super spacious and the villa even bigger than the photos make it look. Location is excellent providing you have a car with some great coffee shops, supermarkets and restaurants all within 15 minutes drive as well as some beautiful local Spanish towns & Beaches. This has to be one of the best Luxury villa's we have stayed in, has everything you could need, all rooms, bathrooms are excellent decorated, already trying to find free week to return later in the year. thank you guys.

Framförallt gillar vi utemiljön med alla aktiviteter och det fina uteköket där vi lagade alla måltider. Nigel gjorde sitt yttersta för att vi skulle trivas så bra som möjligt. Vi kan verkligen rekommendera detta boende!
We've traveled quite a bit with our family, and this is the best place to stay so far! A dream for both adults and families with children! Above all, we liked the outdoor environment with all the activities and the nice outdoor kitchen, where we prepared all our meals. Nigel went out of his way to make sure we were as comfortable as possible. We can really recommend this home!

A fabulous family vacation at Villa Ponda Rosa

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Villa Ponda Rosa with four adults and two small children. The house is huge, very well maintained and equipped with everything you could wish for – including a fantastic outdoor kitchen that we used every day.

The pool was a real highlight: large, clean, with a separate children's area and an ingenious slide that not only delighted the little ones! For our grandchildren, the lovingly designed children's play corner was an absolute hit – with a slide, swing, seesaw, children's house and many other play options. You can tell that families were thought of with a lot of heart here.

Nigel was a greatest host – friendly, helpful and always available. We felt completely comfortable and would come back anytime.

Just home from a amazing week. As a family of ten we spent ages looking for a villa that was suitable for children and adults and boy did we hit the jackpot! Nigel and Gus meet us on arrival and showed us round the villa then we settled in. There's nothing they haven't thought of. The out door kitchen was used all the time such a wonderful idea. No one was stuck inside cooking. The activities around the villa for the children were great. If we needed anything Nigel was on hand with local information. Beaches, restaurants about 20 mins away shops 12 minutes. Can't praise this villa highly enough would go back in a heart beat

This is our second stay at the Villa and I can honestly say it is the best villa we’ve ever had. The quality and cleanliness is second to none, and there is everything you could possibly want and more. The pool and outside kitchen are amazing and I could honestly stay forever.

We have just returned from a 2 week stay at this wonderful property.
The attention from our hosts Nigel & was excellent. They met us on arrival and showed us around the beautiful accommodation which is in a very quiet and peaceful area.
Regarding the accommodation itself, it was just perfect, clean & Very comfortable. Best Nights sleeps I have had for a long time !
You can park your car right in front of the property, a big plus. There was nothing missing; impeccable bed linens and towels, kitchen utensils, etc. Everything has been thought of, and has to be one of the best Villa's we have stayed in.
A car would be desirable to reach restaurants and shops. Thank you again, see you next year 🙂

We had our first ever villa experience with Nigel & Gus here at Pondo Rosa, and what an absolutely incredible week we had! The photos do not do these villas justice, it’s beautiful! High cleaning standards throughout (and that’s outside as well!), pool regularly maintained and located in such a quiet area it was the most peaceful week.. until my kids woke up. We had everything in the villa and more we needed and could even think of. We hired our van to do shopping and day trips, but we didn’t even fancy going out as the kids loved the freedom of the pool. We loved the outdoor space and did all the cooking and socialising here. Nigel kept in contact from the moment I made the booking until after we got home. He was great! Very friendly, and answered all my questions as silly as they were! Our first family villa experience and we fell in love! We will definitely be back for more of Pondo Rosa.

We were recommended by some friends, and where a little skeptical ..... How wrong were we !!! absolutely amazing and best holiday stay we have had in many years. We spent 2 wonderful hot & sunny weeks here.
Our son loved the play area and the 2 (!) swimming pools, we could hardly get him out of the house sometimes:-)
There's a lot of entertainment around the house, we loved playing pool.
The villa is big and clean, we especially loved the outside kitchen, I mean how great is that?! We were hardly ever inside.
We've rented a lot of houses over the past 15 years, but we've never had such a fully equipped kitchen, literally everything you need is there and important, there's enough of it. Also highly appreciated the Nespresso machine!
Nigel and Gus are the nicest hosts, we had a warm welcome with a lovely welcome basket and they know everything about the area and where and how to go.
There are some nice things to do around this area, we went to 2 waterparks, a safari park and we loved the beach, especially La Marina.
Thank you guys so much for welcoming us in to your lovely house! We would definitely like to come back again!

We have just returned home from our Visit to Spain Staying At Pondo Rosa…..Wow ! Amazing, I would have thought after our 1st visit last year there would not have been so many changes, Amazing, well done Nigel for all your hard work. We cannot fault this Villa, everything you could need for a suburb relaxing holiday. Its so nice to see that there is so much care, thought and planning goes in to it compared to other villas we have stayed in, this comes out on top. Easter 2025.
Just returned from another amazing and relaxing holiday. This is our 12th year using Pondo-Rosa Villa's and every year the villas get better. The attention to detail that Nigel & Gus put in is amazing. Just the little things make a big difference.
The outside space is so relaxing especially with everything with the new little touches but also lots to do with the pool table and basket ball etc.
Inside in like home from home with all the mod-cons you need.
There is so much to see and do locally also with so many good bars and restaurants to choose from.
I can honestly highly recommend the Villas for family holidays. Just amazing.

So lucky to find this Villa as it is Absolutely stunning.. a real gem… so pleased
We booked for a long weekend before our trip back to UK, but enjoyed it so much we wished we could have stayed longer, which in itself tells you everything. Nothing is too much trouble for hosts Nigel and Gus who have expert knowledge of the area, their attention to detail is exceptional. The Villa is superbly equipped with everything you could possibly need, not used to having two fully equipped kitchens!! The inside and outside spaces of the Villa are truly wonderful a real safe haven set in the midst of farmland beautifully lit up at night, you see a a great diversity of birdlife. Two nice villages are nearby easy walking distance with bakery pharmacy bars and eateries, larger towns and beaches all within a easy drive. We really have had a wonderful stay and would recommend this Villa to anyone, we will be returning later this year for a longer stay.

Overall an amazing holiday! The areas surrounding the villa where beautiful and close enough to get out to explore if you wanted. The villa it's self was fantastic. The room we stayed in was more than big enough, the beds were really comfy as well. The outside area is so big you don't need to be on top of each other and the pool was the best part. 10/10 stay! Best holiday in rural Spain.

Our all time favourite location ! This is our tenth year returning to Pondo Rosa and to us is the most relaxing holiday of all! We have stayed in both farmhouses / villas so qualified to commend them both as being absolutely fabulous with every imaginable thing you could need on holiday ! The bedrooms are all fabulously equipped with more drawer and wardrobe space than you need and the beds are just amazing ! I don’t sleep that well at home but this year I’ve been lying in way beyond my usual time ! With a wonderfully equipped indoor kitchen, the outdoor dining experience is another level - with hot plates and a bbq, sink area and all the equipment you need to not keep having to run indoors all the time ! Even an outdoor fridge for the beers and ice creams ! The Sunbed’s and day bed are fantastic too - whether sun or shade is your thing, the pool area is simply amazing ! Highly recommended - I just can’t imagine NOT returning each year for our annual fix of all the wonderful hosts, Nigel and Gus have to offer !

For a stay in Jul 2024
We rented the villa for a week with our children aged 16,14,3 and 4 and honestly the villa catered for everyone! The outdoor play area was a big hit for the little and the pool and outdoor tv was a hit with the older ones! The villa was well equipped with board games , toys and the outdoor kitchen was amazing ! With it being hot we spent all our time outside (mainly in the pool) and playing pool and darts . The pool area was lovely and in a great position for all day sun. The villa wasn’t far in the car for shops and supermarkets etc and a lot of information is provided in a booklet by the owners for local markets and activities etc. The owners had a lovely hamper ready for us on arrival which was a really nice touch . I highly recommend this villa and especially if you kids as they certainly will be entertained . We stayed in villa number 2 . There is also a villa next door but they are totally separate and both private.

From the moment I booked this villa I knew it was going to be a special holiday. The owners, Nigel and Gus were so professional and a pleasure to deal with. The villa itself is fabulous. Loads of room for a family of 5. All 3 children (13,11,8) slept in the family room which was great and the air conditioning was a gift to have. The shaded outdoor kitchen has everything you need that we only ever cooked outdoors! The outdoor tv was a massive bonus too. Fantastic to watch the Euros while outside or in the gorgeous pool. The pool is small but perfect for the younger members of the family to mess about in and for adults to cool down in. The pool table, dart board and table tennis table were brilliant to have for all ages, especially as they were shaded and my youngest loved the playground. I loved the location. It is very quiet but by car is close to loads of different towns with restaurants bars supermarkets and a water park all about 10/ 15 mins away in different directions. The beach was an easy 20 minutes too. The nearest village is a long walk away and very quiet but handy for small things like chemist, butcher, bakery and couple of bars. I loved the option of going out exploring other towns that weren't far away and returning to such quiet gorgeous surroundings of the villa. It was clean, Safe, private and luxurious. We liked going out but we didn't need to leave the villa for entertainment, it had everything our family needed. Amazing place for an amazing family holiday, highly recommend!!!

"We arrived with 10 people and a toddler, so we booked both villas.
Upon arrival, Nigel welcomed us with a welcome basket which was stocked with nibbles and drinks. For instruction, he led us through the entire facility. He then mounted the baby bed in the room we mentioned.
The villas offer enough space and are connected by a connecting door. Sun loungers and garden furniture are also suitable for stronger people The entire facility was very clean.
The outdoor kitchens are top-notch, equipped with freezers, gas grills and planchas.
A car is definitely necessary, as the villas are located away from restaurants and shops.
We would always rent the accommodation again"

Breaking the winter in the sun

We have had eight weeks in Farmhouse Villa 2 we originally booked for seven but enjoyed it so much asked for an extra week, we would have stayed longer but for the 90 day ruling!! Which in itself tells you everything Nothing is too much trouble for the hosts Nigel and Gus, the attention to detail is exceptional. The Villa is superbly equipped with everything you could possibly need, the outside and inside spaces are wonderful .., a really safe haven Set in the midst of farmland you see a great diversity of birdlife whilst being peaceful Two nice local villages are within easy walking distance, with bakery, pharmacy, bars and eatery’s Easy driving to the beach and bigger towns We really have had a wonderful winter getaway and would recommend Ponda Rosa to everyone.

Just got back from a week staying here with 7 other friends playing golf on the wonderful Costa Blanca. Had concerns organising the trip for 8 people but all those concerns went away after meeting the hosts who greeted us at the property. They were in constant contact with us for any of our needs. Giving us all the information we needed for shops, bars, restaurants, you name it they knew it which was a great help. We were welcomed with a little hamper and a few beers to quench our thirst before we done our own shop. Couldn’t ask for any better from the hosts. As for the villa it’s exactly as the pictures show. Lovely rooms all with En-suite, but the biggest selling point in my opinion is the outside kitchen/BBQ area. It had everything and with it being by the pool with an outside fridge (which we mainly used for alcohol) and toilet the whole Villa just had everything in the right places. Already in contact with the host about returning. Thank you Nigel We all really enjoyed our stay!

The only regret you’ll have is NOT booking
For a stay in June 2023
Many people ask why we return to Pondo-Rosa Villa's every year - the answer is simply that we love it ! We found this gem over 9 years ago and never leave without booking the following year - why ? Because once you’ve been you’ll never find anything else that ticks all the boxes like these do ! We alternate between the two villas year on year and love them both for different reasons ! It’s like ‘coming home ‘ and meeting up again with Nigel and Gus is akin to meeting up with family - these guys are just amazing - from the warm welcome on arrival, they are on hand for any issues you may have, which is very rare, but it’s a comfort knowing they can be contacted if need be - they are not just the owners, their number one priority is making sure you have a holiday to remember ! This year we stayed in FH2 - my favourite for the amazing large modern kitchen, better equipped than my own home ! The lounge is bright breezy and fresh, and even though we spend most of our time on the beautiful terrace, it’s a room for tranquility if you need it ! All Bedrooms have ample furniture for unpacking that case and putting everything away for the duration ! Location is amazing - we love the rural countryside and avoid the hustle and bustle of larger tourist towns - access to local villages is simple and direct and everything you need is a short drive away ! As the title suggests, not booking or overlooking these farmhouses is a regret you’ll have to live with ! Thanks Nigel and Gus, I’m already packed for next year !!

Amazing Villa
June 2023
We have just arrived home from a fantastic stay at Pondo Rosa Villa having had the most amazing time. We travelled as a mixed group of 9 ranging from 2-61 years old and anything in-between. We chose Pondo Rosa because of the range of facilities. it offered to keep everyone amused and entertained and it most definitely did not disappoint. I cannot think of one thing that we needed that was not already provided in the villa. My granddaughter was especially thrilled with the children's play area, whilst my sons, nephews and husband spent plenty of time playing darts and table tennis. We were even able to have a mini family games day where we competed in teams playing table tennis, darts, connect 4, water polo, swimming races etc. The pool was very welcoming when the temperature stated to rise. Nigel and Gus make a great team and provide an excellent service right from the moment I made first contact to enquire about the villa many months ago. I cannot recommend the whole experience enough and the family are alredy working out when we can arrange a return visit. Fantastic Villa, we look forward to returning soon. Thanks again Nigel & Gus

What can I say except, wow outside space with the kitchen is amazing. This is the best outdoor space we have ever had. There is everything you could want and more. We were a party of 5 adults and plenty of room inside and out. We had great fun on the slide into the pool. Villa is secluded which is what we love so you do need a car. We picked our car up from the airport and the directions from Nigel were spot on. Nigel was great, nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely book again

Another lovely family holiday. We have been going to Pondo Rosa for about 10 years now and it’s just brilliant every time. There is everything you need to keep you entertained with basket ball, ping pong to table football. The outside space is amazing with a large pool surrounded by plenty of sunbeds for everyone. The outside kitchen/dining area is stunning with new furniture added this year. Loads of lovely restaurants just 10 minutes down the road. And also a lovely water park 15 minutes away. The owners Nigel and Gus couldn’t of been anymore helpful with everything. Booked already for next year and can’t wait.

Fantastic 2 weeks away!!!

We have just returned from a fabulous 2 weeks at the Ponda Rosa Farmhouse Villa. We have been coming to this area for over 10 years and can honestly say this is the best villa we have ever stayed in. We loved it so much we have booked again for next year. The house and the BBQ outside dinning area were very clean. We ate all our meals outside. There was everything you could want a lovely paella dish which was used many times and a large blender for cocktails. Nigel and Gus made us feel as if we had known them for years. Nothing was to much trouble for Car Hire or Taxis Etc. See you next year boys x

Superb Villa - Highly recommend

Its not normal I write reviews, but on this occasion I felt I needed to.
We returned home yesterday 3rd Sept after a stay in their Villa No2.
I have to say this has to be one of the best holiday rental properties we have stayed in, everything you need and could do with for a super relaxed holiday. The hosts Nigel & Gus are so friendly and helpful they made us feel so relaxed from the start, nice to see the owner rather than just an employee or agent !!
I can not recommend this enough, only thing was we only stayed 1 week as they were booked up but we did ask to stay a 2nd week, We have also learnt its better to deal and book direct rather than going through a booking site as no commissions to pay !!! Thanks again for a great holiday and see you next year 🙂

Nous venons de passer d’excellente vacances en famille. De plus, vous trouverez tout ce dont vous avez besoin dans la villa ; des petits jeux pour les plus jeunes comme des activités pour les plus grands. Il y’a même de quoi se reposer pour les parents. Ajoutant à cela que Nigel et Gustavo sont de merveilleuses personnes avenantes. Le seul petit conseil que je peux vous donner est de prévoir un transport sur place afin que votre voyage soit sans défaut.

Just returned from another 2 week stay in Villa2 and have had the most amazing time! We (2 adults, 13 yo and 9 yo) have stayed in both villas numerous times and always have the best holidays here! En primer lugar quiero dar las gracias a Gustavo que fue quien nos recibio por su simpatia y amabilidad.y la cesta con productos de bienvenida todo un detalle. La villa 2 que es en la que nos alojamos es tal y como se describe en la web,Estuvimos 1 semana alojados y nos hubiermos quedado otra sin pensarnoslo.Mi hija de 3 años se divertio mucho en las 2 piscinas y el parque de juegos y nosotros como niños tambien con el billar,la mesa de ping pong,la diana,,,,No pasamos casi calor y si teniamos a la piscinita y listo y dentro con el aire acondicionado sin problema.Otro detalle a destacar es el agua caliente que salia bastante rapido y bastante facil de regular.La zona de merendero un acierto con barbacoa,plancha,microondas,frigo,,,completa y con menaje de sobra,Y cuando quieras visitar sitios a menos de media hora tienes Guardamar del segura que tiene un restaurante que se llama el padrino y lo recomiendo encarecidamente si quieres comer muy bien y bien de precio.Tambien hay una feria de carruseles y puestos tipo mercadillo que esta todo el año.Tienes el zoo rio safari en santa pola,Elche y su jardin del huerto del cura y playas con buena arena y algunas no muy concurridas como la playa de los viveros, mas grandes y con mas servicios pero mas concurridas como la marina,Torrevieja y sus salinas,Benidorm no queda lejos,En fin que si quieres no te aburres. Si podemos volveremos a visitaros sin duda Un saludo. Por cierto para los hispanohablantes que aunque no tengan tdt con canales de España,la tv del salon es smart tv y hay wifi y la del merendero aunque no es smart tv tiene hdmi asi que con un chromecast lo solucionas,ahi lo dejo,Pero vamos esta informacion para los que no sepan vivir sin tv ni en vacaciones jeje

Fabulous Villa To Stay

We have just arrived home from what can only be ONE of the best Villa Holidays. We use Villa's all the time but this one takes a lot of beating !! Facilities are superb with everything you could want and with more. We cant wait to return, it will be a pleasure to see Nigel & Gus again who were absolutely gorgeous hosts, with nothing being too much trouble for them. 5* and highly recommended. Well worth it !

Nigel and Gustavo were good hosts: friendly, reliable, they took time for the check-in and were available if needed. The house and the outside area is clean and is suited for young kids, teenagers and adults. Outside: The pool gets cleaned several times a week and has nice size. A nice outdoor BBQ and dining area. Our teenagers loved the pool table and the soccer table. We only missed a large fan above the table, because of the hot weather (40+ degrees). Inside: We loved the kitchen: large and it had all the utilities we needed. The bedrooms and sitting room also had a good size. It is nicely decorated. We just had a great time in a lovely, spacious and clean home, with hosts who were available of needed. Gustavo and Nigel: Thank you.

An Absolute delight.
This was our 2nd visit to this amazing Villa, We totally forgot how lovely it was and everything that is has to offer, Better than we remembered. Will not be our last visit. Utterly perfect

We’ve just returned from a perfect week in Villa 2. It was our first trip abroad with our 3 year old which I had been a bit nervous about but I needn’t have been. They have thought of EVERYTHING. The little pool has a sun shade over which keeps it lovely and cool for little ones, there is also plenty of shade over the outdoor kitchen and seating area. The play area is really well equipped and, again, has a lovely sun shade - all the shade was great for our little daughter as she is so fair skinned! The larger pool and lounge area is gorgeous and perfectly kitted out for adults so it didn’t feel like we were holidaying in soft play, despite all the kid friendly stuff. The villa itself is beautiful, clean, cool and had all the things you could possibly need to make a self catering holiday not feel at all arduous. It was quiet, safe, surrounded by gorgeous farmland and I haven’t felt so relaxed and at peace for a long time. We loved every moment and booked again for next year before we even came home! Nigel and Gus are gorgeous and so lovely. Congratulations both of you, perfect villa, couldn’t recommend it more highly. Thank you for a wonderful week. x

Amazing family holiday in a luxury farmhouse with everything you need to keep you busy or relaxed from basket ball, football table, darts, play area, bbq and amazing size pool with slide. Lovely local restaurants in the area to venture too. Local water park 15 minutes away. The villa has everything you need home from home. This is our 5th visit and booked up to 2024. We really enjoyed our recent stay at Pondo Rosa Villa. Booking, communication and services offered by hosts were spot on. Many thanks. The pictures and description do indeed represent the property. For the type of Luxury Villa it is very good value. ( more people better value ) as there were only 2 of us ! but still fantastic. Excellent location slightly outside the any main tourist area so ...perfect, we like our peace and quiet . The villa is light, bright, very spacious and offers a high degree of privacy. The large, pleasantly warm pool set in an attractive terrace is a real highlight. Everything is well maintained...inside and out. Clean and comfortable. Lovely bathrooms, well equipped kitchen, excellent storage in bedrooms. Plenty of seating inside and out...there were just the 2 of us and we were very comfortable but there´s plenty of space for 3 couples or a larger family. Good sunbeds, even towels. Will we return? Heck..yes ...we´ve already booked! Our new holiday home from home. Thank you both very much.

Exceptional Real Experience

Il keep it simple, if you are looking for for a typical all in family budget holiday then keep scrolling, if you are looking for something different and unexpected then please read more, we come from a rural part of Ireland and decided to do things different this year. We usually never hire a car but took a chance and chose a villa rather than a commercial resort. Arrived at the villa to be greeted by Nigel and Gus who welcomed and informed us about the local area and beautiful Villa. Once settled in we did not know what to do next (no tour guides, reps or commercial banter) little did we know that the beauty of this area is not be told what to do, but it’s to explore what now I’m my option is ‘Real Spain’. At least 6 small local Towns/Villages to explore, beautiful traditional restaurant and Bars. Road infrastructure is amazing and Beaches and Safaris less than 25 mins away. As the week went on and we explored we noticed that the kids were looking forward to getting back to the Villa and being beside the pool, which did suit both my Husband and myself, we would highly recommend Quesada for a visit and the Go Karting was excellent. The Rio safari was a great find too, this is a gem villa hidden and tucked away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, the kids area is a wonderful add on and the villa is equipped with every needed for your stay, A Great Find Until next time

This stay was SO good we extended for another week ! In need of total relaxation and that’s exactly what we had ! The rural location of the farmhouses is absolutely the best of both worlds ! Peace and quiet when needed but their location is no more than 10 minutes to local shops and amenities - highly recommend going towards Benihofar for dining and nightlife As always, the farmhouse was immaculate - everything you need under one roof and year on year Nigel and Gus have always thought of ‘something else ‘ to enhance the properties ! They are highly recommended for couples like us, who just want to relax or larger family gatherings looking for an amazing holiday on the Costa Blanca ! You won’t be disappointed!

das Haus liegt zwar etwas außerhalb eines Ortes , aber dafür sehr ruhig gelegen. das Haus ist perfekt für mehrere Familien mit Kindern. Es stehen sehr viele Sachen zum Zeit vertreiben sowie für Kinder als auch für Erwachsene . was auch zu erwähnen ist, es war sehr sauber bei Übergabe, sodass Urlaubsgefühl sofort losgeht . Wir waren zu 7 dort, aber es wurden auch 10 super reinpassen. vor allem mit Kindern ist es sehr schön dort , die Besitzer sind auch sehr freundlich und helfen immer . wir kommen wieder, vielen Dank!

Hemos pasado una semana en la villa 1, 5 adultos y 4 niños y nos lo hemos pasado genial! El exterior es tal como se ve en las fotos pero la casa por dentro está todavía mejor que en las fotos. A la casa no le falta detalle. Hemos disfrutado muchísimo de la piscina pero también del ping pong, del ajedrez gigante, de los dardos, del futbolin... La playa en coche no está lejos, nosotros íbamos a Guardamar (bandera azul) y tardabamos 12-15 minutos. Gracias a Gustavo y a Nigel, han sido unos anfitriones estupendos. Una casa para repetir...

Espectacular,tranquilidad y descanso
La villa es espectacular,estuvimos 4 personas pero hay sitio para 8-10 tranquilamente.Los dueños muy amables y atentos a todo.La piscina impresionante.Hicimos toda la vida en la zona de fuera,barbacoa y piscina.Dentro solo íbamos a dormir.Si vas con niños pequeños es ideal porque hay un parque para ellos con muchos juegos.Zona muy muy tranquila,muy recomendable sin duda.

Just returned from another two week stay in this fantastic villa! Year on year we eagerly return to experience this fabulously located property - it has every facility you need for a relaxing stay - all the spacious bedrooms have a vast range of storage and the indoor AND outdoor kitchens are both fully equipped with everything you'll need and more, with every imaginable gadget to hand! The pool and outdoor space are fantastic - clean, well equipped and spacious! The hosts, Nigel and Gus are always on hand if needed but are rarely required as they seem to have thought of just about everything for a perfect holiday!

"We have just returned yet from another fabulous relaxing holiday at this villa, you just have to return year after year!

The pool is amazing and there's plenty of space for all the family, there's a large fenced play area for the younger children and a range of activities for the older ones.

The outdoor kitchen and BBQ area are amazing with a large TV on the wall that you can even watch from the pool.

The villa has everything you need for a luxury holiday.

Nigel & Gus go out of their way to make sure your holiday is perfect, nothing is too much trouble for them, they are always on hand if you ever need them.

"Amazing 5 Star Villa. Children love it, spoilt for choice with 2 pools. This is another return visit for us and we still love it !! We only booked a week but wish we had booked longer…. Holiday Heaven !
We are a family with older teenagers ….. finding this villa provided us all with the best family holiday we have enjoyed. Everyone was gobsmacked when they arrived. and we were all gutted to leave.

the villa was spotless, nothing looked tired or dated. We could have been the very first visitors. Nigel And Gus have thought of everything, as if they were looking at the villa through the eyes of their guests, on a family holiday.

Booking right through to sadly leaving Nigel And Gus have been consummate hosts. thank you both, we will return.
