Tariffs, Booking Information & Rental Terms
The Generalitat Valenciana has introduced a new regulation through Decree Law 9/2024, imposing a strict 10 day rental rule limit on stays in tourist accommodations.
Prices are in UK Sterling. Euro prices are subject to exchange rate’s at the time of making a booking.
Prices may be subject to variations and price fluctuations.
Payment’s can be made by Direct Banking transfer ( Sterling ) or ( Euro’s @ exchange rate at time of booking )
We DO NOT accept cash payments at the property from new customers for holidays who have not stayed with us previously. We always Promote Peace of mind so BEFORE making any payments to us, and for your own security we recommend you call us first.
International Transfers Payments will be charged at the standard bank rate on the day of transfer.
Your villa will be fully cleaned and prepared for your arrival.
Included in your rental rate:
Luxury towels and quality bed linen are provided.
Cot bedding is provided if required.
One large swimming pool towel is provided per guest at no extra charge.
Electricity, Gas and Water.
Fibre Optic Wi-Fi and Internet.
Safe.
Cots, Bed Guards and High Chairs, if required.
Laundry facilities.
A complimentary Welcome Hamper to help get your holiday started!
Please note: Beach towels are not provided, so please remember to bring your own.
Pets:
No dogs or other pets are permitted.
Group Bookings:
Stag, Hen or other party group bookings are not accepted.
A final cleaning charge applies to every booking:

These charges are payable in addition to the advertised rental tariff.
Air Conditioning is charged at £15.00 per night.
We kindly ask guests to use the Air Conditioning responsibly and only when necessary, such as when you are in the room.
Due to the high level of misuse of Air Conditioning in the past, we are gradually introducing Air Conditioning units with sensors. Please remember that the units are not designed to run continuously for 24 hours a day, or while you are out shopping, at the beach or away from the villa for the day.
We simply ask that you are considerate with your usage and switch the Air Conditioning off when it is not required.

Change Over Days….
Not fixed – subject to availability. Peak Summer periods our changeover days are Saturdays.( Minimum Stay 7 Nights )
Out of peak periods Arrivals and Departure’s days are flexible.
Arrival Times at the Villa’s for check In are between 3pm-9pm, Arrivals after 9pm & up to 11pm a fee of £100.00 will apply. Arrivals are NOT accepted into the property after 11pm.
Guests on changeover ( Departure day) are required to vacate their Villa by 10am.
