Our Villa No1 has been especially adapted with Disabled Access. Wheelchair friendly. The Villa is also Air-conditioned and has Four bedrooms comprising of
- Master Bedroom with an en-suite shower/bathroom, King size chesterfield bed with private roof terrace and an adjoining Twin bedroom ( 2 Single Beds) with views over the pool,
- A family room with large En-Suite bathroom, with a King Size bed and two Single beds.
- A Large Bedroom with a King Size bed with En-Suite facilities – suitable for Disabled persons and overlooking the garden and pool terrace.
Free Cots and highchairs facilities are available upon request, also Free Room Safe, Internet Wi-Fi with computer are available, All At No Extra Charge. Cots can be added to any Bedroom for your convenience. Mosquito nets are fitted to all windows. NO Pets Allowed.
Villa No1 can be also booked together with Villa No2 for a larger family holiday up to 18, but still giving guests their own private separate living space. We DO NOT accept Hen or Stag Parties.
Pondo Rosa, Villa No1, is fully enclosed and provides a safe and secluded environment for all our guests. The Villa and boundaries are fully lit at night time which enables you to sit outside and relax after the sunset to enjoy late evenings in comfort. Easy parking makes it the ideal environment for all families or couples wanting a more quiet, relaxed holiday in luxurious surroundings with exceptional facilities.

Pool & Sun Terrace
Our Kitchen and dining terrace is spacious where all guests can enjoy “alfresco” dining and lounging, it’s fully equipped with a Webber BBQ, Griddle, Hob, Utensils, Microwave & that all important Fridge/Freezer for all that beer and wine. and all you will need for outdoor dining. There is also an outdoor sink, kitchen cupboards and large granite work surfaces. The kitchen area is enclosed so cooking & BBQ can be 365 days a year. There is even an outside 48″ Television with English channels only, Table football & Radio/CD Player. The terrace is well lit and over looks the pool terrace and children´s play area.
The pool terrace is walled and private, it’s south facing location makes it ideal for all day sun and warmth. The 15 x 6 pool is surrounded with Sun loungers, Double Day bed, tables and parasols. There is also a pool shower together with an outside toilet also with wheelchair access. To the front of the terrace are orange and lemon trees, so “when in season” feel free to pick your own lemon for that relaxing G&T. There is also an enclosed children´s play area and the Swimming pool has been modified with a separated shallow end for children.

Our lounge is spacious and furnished to the highest standards, it overlooks the private living and dining terrace, pool terrace and children’s play area.. It has Air-Conditioning, Satelite HD 4K 50″ TV with English Channels only, DVD player, Hi Fi with MP3, Radio and CD. 3 Sofa’s, Wi-Fi Internet, Wall and floor Oak units and coffee table’s. A large selection of board games, cards etc and a good selection of DVD’s, CD’s as well as Children’s and Adults books.

Our kitchen is fully fitted with various wall and floor units for storage including all your cookware, utensils, glassware, crockery, cutlery and acrylic glasses for outside use and in the pool area. The kitchen is also equipped with cooker, extraction unit, microwave, Large American fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, kettle, toaster, sandwich maker, juicer, coffee machine, cool box for the beach, iron and ironing board & cleaning Cupboard. First aid cabinet, Solid Oak dining table and leather chairs seating upto 10.

The Master Bedroom upstairs offers an En-Suite and is nicely furnished with a King size sleigh Bed, Double Wardrobe, Chest of Drawers, Dressing table and Bedside Cabinets, Air conditioning hot & cold, Satellite 42″ TV with English Channels only & Hair Dryer, A door from the Master bedroom leads into the adjoining twin bedroom. A separate door leads on to the large private sun terrace, with Sofa, chairs and parasol.
The Master en-suite is modern and fitted to the highest standards with toilet, fitted basin with either a shower or bath with over shower. The vanity units have mirrors including shaving with lights and shaver/toothbrush points, storage and towel rails.
A large private sun terrace accessed from the Master bedroom. It also has views of the stunning surrounding countryside & Mountains. The terrace is south facing and has sun for most of the day, it also has a lovely view over the pool terrace and the childrens enclosed play area.

We have a specially dedicated enclosed children’s play area, providing a safe environment for all ages offering hours of entertainment.

There are swings, slides, playhouse, Ball Pool, Various toys, chalk board, and even A mini Golf !!! so plenty for them to do.
The play area has been situated in a location where it can be in full view from the Villa and pool terrace, it is also within the walled grounds so provides maximum safety and peace of mind. We have also have a special shallow toddlers/children’s area in our swimming pool.
There is outdoor Table Tennis, Football game, Basket ball, Swing ball and Dart Board, which comes with all the equipment needed for hours of enjoyment in the sun and those late warm evenings. Combined with the Children´s play area and the swimming pool there is FUN FOR ALL AGES.
Our Giant Chess set complete with black and white titled base makes a great feature of the garden and is an a absorbing pastime game.
A fun way for beginners to learn this traditional game of skill. Impressive and practical, this Giant chess set makes great fun too. There is also a Mini Golf course for the little ones.
