Villa No. 1 – Accessible Luxury Holiday Villa
Villa No. 1 has been specially adapted for guests with reduced mobility and offers wheelchair-friendly access throughout. The villa is fully air-conditioned and features four spacious bedrooms:
- Master Bedroom with a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, private roof terrace, and an adjoining twin bedroom with two single beds overlooking the swimming pool.
- Family Bedroom with a king-size bed, two single beds, and a spacious en-suite bathroom.
- Accessible Bedroom with a king-size bed and a wheelchair-friendly en-suite bathroom, overlooking the garden and pool terrace.
Complimentary cots and highchairs are available on request, and cots can be placed in any bedroom for your convenience. The villa also includes free Wi-Fi, a room safe, and mosquito screens fitted to all windows at no additional cost.
To ensure a peaceful environment for all guests, pets are not permitted during short-term holiday rentals, and we do not accept hen parties, stag parties, or other event groups.
Pondo Rosa Villa No. 1 is fully enclosed, providing a safe, secure, and private setting for families and couples. The villa and its grounds are fully illuminated in the evenings, allowing guests to relax outdoors long after sunset. Pool & Sun Terrace
Our spacious outdoor kitchen and dining terrace is the perfect place to relax, dine, and enjoy true alfresco living. Fully equipped for everything from a casual breakfast to a family barbecue, it features a Weber BBQ, griddle, hob, microwave, electric kettle, fridge/freezer, cooking utensils, and everything you’ll need for outdoor dining. There’s also an outdoor sink, kitchen cupboards, and generous granite worktops, making meal preparation easy and convenient.
The enclosed kitchen area provides shelter from both the sun and the elements, allowing you to cook and barbecue comfortably all year round.
For added entertainment, you’ll find a Large outdoor TV with English channels, along with a radio/CD player. The terrace is beautifully lit in the evenings and overlooks the swimming pool and children’s play area, so you can relax with a drink while keeping an eye on the family.
The pool terrace is walled and private, and its south-facing location makes it perfect for enjoying sun and warmth all day long. Our 15m x 6m pool, complete with LED-coloured lighting, is surrounded by sun loungers, a double daybed, tables, and parasols. There’s also a pool shower and an outdoor toilet with wheelchair access. At the front of the terrace, orange and lemon trees offer fresh fruit in season—perfect for adding to a relaxing G&T. An enclosed children’s play area is nearby, and the swimming pool has been adapted with a separate shallow end for children’s safety.

Luxury Fitted Kitchen & Diner
Our lounge is spacious and elegantly furnished, overlooking the private living and dining terrace, pool terrace, and children’s play area. It features air conditioning, a 65″ QNED satellite television with English channels, a DVD player, two large sofas, oak wall and floor units, and coffee tables. Guests can enjoy a wide variety of board games, cards, DVDs, CDs, and an assortment of books for both children and adults. Free Fibre optic Wi-Fi is included.
The kitchen is fully equipped with wall and floor units to store all your cookware, utensils, glassware, crockery, and cutlery. It features a cooker, air fryer, extractor fan, microwave, large American fridge-freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, sandwich maker, juicer, Hand Blender and coffee machines for both Nespresso and Gusto pods. For added convenience, there’s a beach cool box, iron and ironing board, and much more there is also a cleaning cupboard. You’ll also find a first aid cabinet, plus a solid oak dining table with leather chairs that can seat up to ten.

For added convenience, the master suite enjoys direct access to the adjoining twin bedroom, making it ideal for families or guests travelling together. Step outside onto the private south-facing balcony and enjoy a peaceful space to unwind while taking in the sunshine.

Our spacious Luxury Family Room is designed to comfortably accommodate up to four guests. It features a king-size bed and two single beds, complemented by a spectacular feature wall that creates a stunning focal point and sets the scene for a stylish and relaxing stay.
The room also boasts a large en-suite bathroom complete with a walk-in shower and a freestanding bath. Fully air-conditioned with both heating and cooling, it also includes a hairdryer and hair straighteners for your convenience, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay for the whole family.

This room has been thoughtfully designed to provide excellent accessibility, with both the bedroom and en-suite wet room specially adapted for wheelchair users, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay for guests with reduced mobility.
Our En-suites are Large, modern and fully fitted to the highest standards with a toilet, and are fitted with either a walk in shower and or bath. The vanity units have large basins, mirrors, Storage with lights and shaver/toothbrush points.

The play area is covered by a large sun protection awning, providing welcome shade during the warmer hours of the day. Packed with activities for a wide range of ages, it features swings, slides, a playhouse, a ball pool, mini golf, a chalkboard, and a fantastic selection of toys to keep little ones entertained for hours.
Thoughtfully positioned within the villa’s fully walled and gated grounds, the play area remains in full view from both the villa and the pool terrace. This allows parents to relax by the pool or enjoy the outdoor living spaces while easily supervising the children.
For even more family fun, our swimming pool includes a dedicated shallow children’s section, giving toddlers and younger swimmers a safe place to splash and build confidence in the water.
Whether it’s an active afternoon outdoors or endless imaginative play, our child-friendly facilities help make your family holiday as enjoyable and stress-free as possible.
Our covered outdoor games area provides entertainment for all ages, featuring table tennis, table football, a pool table and a dartboard. Outdoors, guests can also enjoy basketball and swingball, with all equipment provided for hours of fun in the sunshine or during warm summer evenings.
The children’s play area, swimming pool and games facilities ensure there’s something for everyone to enjoy throughout their stay.
The beautifully presented giant chess set, complete with a striking black and white chequered base, is a standout feature of the garden and offers a fun and engaging challenge for players of all abilities. Younger guests can also enjoy our mini golf course, providing even more family-friendly entertainment.
