Villa No. 1 – Accessible Luxury Holiday Villa
Villa No. 1 has been specially adapted for guests with reduced mobility and offers wheelchair-friendly access throughout. The villa is fully air-conditioned and features four spacious bedrooms:
- Master Bedroom with a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, private roof terrace, and an adjoining twin bedroom with two single beds overlooking the swimming pool.
- Family Bedroom with a king-size bed, two single beds, and a spacious en-suite bathroom.
- Accessible Bedroom with a king-size bed and a wheelchair-friendly en-suite bathroom, overlooking the garden and pool terrace.
Complimentary cots and highchairs are available on request, and cots can be placed in any bedroom for your convenience. The villa also includes free Wi-Fi, a room safe, and mosquito screens fitted to all windows at no additional cost.
To ensure a peaceful environment for all guests, pets are not permitted during short-term holiday rentals, and we do not accept hen parties, stag parties, or other event groups.
Pondo Rosa Villa No. 1 is fully enclosed, providing a safe, secure, and private setting for families and couples. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped with a cooker, extractor fan, air fryer, microwave, large American-style fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, together with all the essential appliances for preparing everything from a quick breakfast to a family feast.

For even more family fun, the swimming pool features a dedicated shallow children’s section, providing toddlers and younger swimmers with a perfect place to splash, play and build confidence in the water.

Our covered outdoor games area provides entertainment for guests of all ages, whatever the weather.
