Prices are in UK Sterling. Euro prices are subject to exchange rate’s at the time of making a booking.
Prices may be subject to variations and price fluctuations.
Payment’s can be made by Direct Banking transfer ( Sterling ) or by Credit/Debit cards Via PayPal.
We DO NOT accept cash payments at the property from new customers for holidays who have not stayed with us previously. We always Promote Peace of mind so BEFORE making any payments to us, and for your own security we recommend you call us first.
A handling fee of 5% will be incurred for any payment’s made through PayPal as these are the charges PayPal charge us.
International Transfers Payments will be charged at the standard bank rate on the day of transfer.
Tariff Information…
The Villa’s will be cleaned and ready for your arrival day.
Luxury Towels and Bed linen are provided, also all cot bedding ( if Required ).
One large pool towel is provided per guest at no extra charge.
Please note – Beach towels are not provided – please bring your own.
No Dogs or Pets allowed.
Electricity, Gas, Water, Fibre Optic Wi-Fi, Internet, Room Safe, Cots / Bed Guards & High Chairs ( if required ) and Laundry ARE INCLUDED in our rental rates. We also offer our guests a Welcome Hamper….. to get you started !
Final Cleaning Charges apply.
Family / Group up to 5 £180.00 / 215.00€
Family / Group 6 – 7 £200.00 / 235.00€
Family / Group 8 – 10 £220.00 / 260.00€
Air Conditioning Charges apply. ( We ask for your consideration please when using the Air conditioning, It is not designed to be on 24 hours a day for your whole holiday, especially when you are NOT in the villa or out for the whole/part day, sorry to have to even mention this but some customers just don’t care and ruin it for the other considerate guests.)
Air Conditioning – Cold / Heating – Charged at £15.00 / 17.00€ per night.
Changeover Days…
Not fixed – but subject to availability. Peak Summer periods our changeover days are Saturdays. ( Minimum Stay 7 Nights )
Out of peak periods Arrivals and Departure’s days are flexible.
Arrival Times at the Villa’s for check In are VIILLA 1 between 3pm-9pm, and VILLA 2 between 2pm-9pm. Arrivals after 9pm -11pm a fee of £50.00 will apply. Arrivals are NOT accepted into the property after 11pm.
Guests on changeover ( Departure day) are required to vacate their Villa by 10am.
