Tariff Information...
The Farmhouse will be cleaned and ready for use for your arrival, If you require a mid stay clean, this can be arranged and paid for separately.
Luxury towels and linen are provided.
1 pool towel is provided per guest at no extra charge.
Please note – beach towels are not provided – please provide your own.
Electricity, Air Conditioning, Gas, Water Wi-Fi, Safe and Cleaning for your arrival are included in the rental price, SO NO HIDDEN EXTRAS TO PAY.
Price includes a Luxury Welcome Hamper to get you started, Items in the Welcome Hamper may vary due to the availability of products.
Changeover Day...
Not fixed – but subject to availability. During busy peak times changeover days will be Saturdays.
Guests on changeover day are required to vacate the Farmhouse by 10am.
Arrivals for check in are from 4pm. These times can be flexible subject to availability and prior agreement.
Booking Conditions...
Bookings can be taken by telephone or email, All bookings are confirmed in writing.
Booking Deposit 25% ( Non Refundable) of total rental.
Breakage Deposit £250.00 refundable within 1 week of departure (subject to a satisfactory property inspection)
Security Key Deposit £50.00 refundable within 1 week of departure (subject to quick and safe return of keys on day of departure)
Provisional Bookings will be held for a period of 48 Hours pending receipt of your deposit.
Balance will be Due 8 weeks prior to your arrival date together with Breakage and Security key Deposit.
Please note – All Debit/Credit Cards will incur a 4% bank charge levy.
If your booking is less than 8 weeks before your holiday, full payment will be required at the time of booking.
It is a condition of your booking that guests take out their own travel insurance as NO liability can be accepted by the owners in the event of any accidents, loss or damage of guests personal effets. No Airport transfers are included in your holiday price, but we can get a quote for you if you wish not to drive. Car hire is advised. Sorry NO pets allowed.
The Farmhouse is NON smoking throughout, Smoking is only permitted outdoors on all terraces and in the private gardens.
