Pondo Rosa Accommodation

Pondo Rosa Self Catering Farmhouse has been designed and refurbished to a very high standard, so our guests stay is much more enjoyable and is quality furnished with all the comforts of home.

We are espically adapded for Disabled Access. Wheelchairs are available for hire for your stay, this we can arrange for you upon request.

Our Farmhouse is fully airconditioned and has Four bedrooms comprising of Master Bedroom 4 poster King bed with adjoining Twin room also with private roof terrance and En-Suite Bathroom. A further Family room with large En-Suite bathroom, with a Double Four Poster bed and 2 twins. A Further double room with a Double bed with En-Suite facilities - suitable for Disabled persons and overlooking the garden and pool terrace. Cot and highchair facilities are available upon request, also room safe available, All At No Extra Charge.

The farmhouse also comprises of a fully fitted kitchen with dining area. Out side the Farmhouse has its own walled garden for "alfresco" BBQ cooking with sink and granite surface, also dining area with seating for 10, all overlooking the pool, chidrens play area and sun terraces.

The picture to the left is an ariel view of Pondo Rosa, the Farmhouse is fully enclosed and provides a safe and secluded environment for all our guests, the Farmhouse has its own private parking and makes it the ideal environment for all families or couples wanting a more quiet relaxed holiday.

Pool and Sun Terrace

The pool terrace is walled and private, it's south facing location makes it ideal for all day sun and warmth. The pool is surrounded with sunloungers, tables and parasoles,There is also a pool shower together with an outside toilet also with wheelchair access. To the front of the terrace are orange and lemon trees, so "when in season" feel free to pick your own, either for a refreshing glass of orange juice or a twist of lemon for that relaxing G&T........ We have also installed an enclosed childrens play area and sand pit, and the pool has been modified with a seperated shallow end for toddlers.....

Master Bedroom

The Master bedroom with En-Suite is plushly furnished with a Four poster King size bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, dressing table and bedside cabinets, Air conditioning hot & cold, LCD Satelite TV, Trouser Press, Hair Dryer and a door leading to its own large private sun terrace.

Our En-suites are modern and fitted to the highest standards with toilet, fitted basin with either a shower or bath with over shower. The vanity units have mirrors including shaving with lights and shaver/toothbrush points and storage.....

Master Bedroom Private Sun Terrace

The large private sun terrace accessed from the master bedroom. complete with sunloungers, table and chairs, it also has views of the stunning surrouding countryside. The terrace is south facing and has sun for most of the day, it also has a lovely view over the pool terrace and you can also see the childrens enclosed play area.

Adjoining Twin Bedroom

The Adjoining Twin room off the Master Bedroom is ideal for making a family suite or for Two further guests, Fully Air conditioned and furnished with Dressing table , chest of drawers, bedside cabinets and hair dryer with a view over the pool terrece.

Family Room

This large luxury bedroom with a Four Poster double bed and Two Twin beds together with a large family En-Suite bathroom, can sleep up to Four people, Double/Twin or a Family room. It is furnished with wardrobes, chest of Drawers, dressing table and bedside cabinets. The room has Air-Conditioning Hot & Cold, Hairdryer....

Double Bedroom

This luxury bedroom with Double Bed together with a luxury En-Suite/ Wet Room. It is furnished with wardrobe, chest of Drawers, dressing table and bedside cabinets. The room has Air- Conditioning Hot & Cold, Hairdryer and a pool view, also this room and its En-suite has been special dapted for disabled wheelchair access....

Lounge

Our lounge is spacious and furnished to the highest standards, it overlooks the private garden and pool terrace. It has Air-Conditioning, Satelite LCD TV, DVD player, HiFi with MP3, radio and CD, Computer and work station with BroadBand "No extra charge" .Large Settes, Various wall and floor units and a coffee table. Various board games, Selection of children's and Adults books.

Fully Fitted Kitchen/Diner

Our kitchen is fully fitted with various wall and floor units for storage including all your cookware, utencils, glassware, crockery, cutlery and acrylic glasses for outside use and in the pool area. The kitchen is also equipped with cooker, extraction unit, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, kettle, toaster, sandwich maker, juicer, coffee machine, cool box for the beach, iron and ironing board, cleaning utencils, first aid cabinet, dining table and chairs seating upto 10...

Outside Private Garden and Living Area

The Farmhouse has its own walled Garden, and has a Webber BBQ with sink and granite surface and outside living areas for "alfresco" dining, for those warm summer evenings, overlooking the pool terrace...

Childrens Play Area

We have a specially dedicated enclosed childrens play area, providing a safe environment for all ages offering hours of entertainment.

There are swings, slides, Two playhouses, rocking ride, sand pit with various toys, tables and chairs, chalk board, so plenty for them to do.

The play area has been situated in a location where it can be in full view from the Farmhouse and pool terrace, it is also within the walled grounds so provides maximum safety and peace of mind.
